Managing Covid-19 Events

We have implemented robust measures throughout the coronavirus pandemic to ensure the welfare of our employees, sub-contractors, partners and participants. For our customers, we've adopted best practice protocols that adhere with Government, public health and UK Athletics guidance. We can provide you with practical, tried and tested solutions to assist with event organisation. Please get in touch if you would like further details.

  • Our workspace and equipment is clean and COVID 19 free
  • Our staff are fully trained and compliant with COVID 19 procedures
  • Use of appropriate PPE when handling timing equipment that may come into contact with event staff or participants
  • Use of disposable timing chips - removing touchpoints for participants and event staff
  • Offering pre-event registration postal services at cost rates
  • Offering simple practical solutions to event organisers on how best to manage participants at the event
  • Advising event organisers on the logistics of managing participants, in particular, start lines and wave starts

  • Print as little as possible pre-event and onsite
  • Use digital results platforms to deliver race times
  • Plan our vehicle journeys and staff movement to reduce mileage
